His background spans internal IT, engineering and construction technology, cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, and managed IT services, work that taught him how technology actually functions inside a real, operating business.

He takes a hands-on approach, and his recommendations are grounded in a practical understanding of how a business runs day to day. Rich believes technology should support the business, not become another problem the owner has to manage. That belief shapes how Titan operates: proactive management, security built in from the start, and long-term client relationships rather than transactional support.

Tara Lee serves as Titan IT Management's CFO, providing the financial oversight and operational discipline that keep the company running smoothly. Her focus is on business operations, organizational stability, and helping Titan grow responsibly without losing the responsiveness and personal attention clients expect.

Tara complements Rich's technical and strategic leadership by keeping the business side of Titan sound, so the team can stay concentrated on delivering dependable IT, cybersecurity, and compliance support to the businesses they serve. She also handles business development, building relationships across the Treasure Coast and helping connect local businesses with the technology support they need.

Her commitment to the community runs deep. Tara serves as Project Manager for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer on the Treasure Coast, handles publicity for Port St. Lucie Business Women, acts as Community Service Coordinator for the Vero Beach chapter of the Go Getter Girls, and serves as Secretary for the Port St. Lucie chapter of GFWC. She is active on multiple committees supporting local nonprofits and women's organizations, all alongside her work with Titan.

Tara's military background shapes the way she leads at Titan. The discipline, accountability, and mission-first mindset she developed in service carry directly into how she approaches business operations, setting clear expectations, following through, and building teams that can be counted on. That experience grounds her leadership in responsibility rather than ego, and it reinforces Titan's commitment to doing what we say we'll do for the businesses that depend on us.
