FAQ

Questions, answered straight

Common questions from business owners considering managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance support.

What does managed IT service cost?+

Pricing depends on the number of users, locations, and the level of service required. Most small and midsized businesses find managed IT delivers predictable monthly costs that are lower than the true cost of downtime and reactive support. We provide clear pricing after a brief discovery conversation.

Do you provide onsite IT support?+

Yes. We are locally based on the Treasure Coast and provide onsite support across Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, Jupiter, and surrounding communities, combined with remote support for fast resolution.

What areas do you service?+

We serve Florida's Treasure Coast and surrounding areas, including Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, Jupiter, Okeechobee, and Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties.

Can Titan replace our current IT company?+

Yes. We manage smooth transitions from existing MSPs or break/fix providers, including documentation review, access transfer, and a stabilization phase to address any immediate issues.

Can Titan work with our internal IT employee?+

Absolutely. We frequently co-manage environments alongside an internal IT person — providing deeper expertise, after-hours coverage, project capacity, and strategic guidance they may not have time for.

Do you support Microsoft 365?+

Yes. We administer, secure, and migrate Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra identity and conditional access.

Do you provide cybersecurity services?+

Yes. Cybersecurity is central to what we do — endpoint protection, managed detection and response, email and identity security, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.

Can you help with HIPAA?+

We help healthcare organizations implement the technical controls and safeguards associated with HIPAA — including risk assessments, security configuration, access controls, backup, and documentation support. We provide compliance readiness, not legal certification.

Can you help with CMMC?+

We support defense contractors with CMMC and NIST 800-171 readiness — gap assessments, technical control implementation, evidence preparation, and ongoing alignment. Compliance is an ongoing process, not a one-time checkbox.

Do you provide cyber insurance assessments?+

Yes. We help you understand and meet what cyber insurance questionnaires expect — MFA, backup, endpoint security, email protection, and documented controls — so you're prepared before you apply or renew.

Do you manage backups?+

Yes. We manage endpoint, server, and Microsoft 365 backup with monitoring and, importantly, tested recovery — because a backup you've never restored from is a gamble, not a strategy.

Do you provide business phone systems?+

Yes. We deploy and manage hosted VoIP systems with auto attendants, call routing, mobile apps, and number porting as part of a unified communications setup.

Can you take over an existing network?+

Yes. We document, assess, and stabilize existing networks, then bring them under proactive management with appropriate security and monitoring.

How long does switching IT companies take?+

A typical transition takes a few weeks depending on complexity. We handle the heavy lifting — access, documentation, vendor coordination — and prioritize stabilizing any urgent issues first.

Do you offer emergency IT support?+

Yes. If you're facing an active issue — including a suspected security incident — call us at 772-279-6180 and we'll respond quickly.

What size businesses do you support?+

Primarily businesses with 10 to 250 employees — including those with Microsoft 365, multiple locations, remote employees, and regulatory or cybersecurity requirements.
