Every office is different, and some business software is built only for Windows. During your IT assessment we look at your Macs and the apps your team relies on, then tell you plainly what we can support. Your written proposal lists which users and devices are covered.
Local, hands-on help
Most issues are handled remotely. On Atlas, Hyperion, and Helios, on-site visits are scheduled as needed and billed as written in your agreement. Cronus includes priority on-site response. Multi-factor authentication setup and enforcement is included on every plan.
